Description
Each art piece begins with an upcycled luxury bag, box, silk scarf, or handbag. The boxes and bags are deconstructed, becoming the canvas for his creations. The embroidery then goes directly through Stephen’s chosen medium and the visible texture begins to bring the piece to life. Appliqués, patches and butterflies are all stitched out individually. They are then cut, cleaned, and placed on each piece, creating a unique, one-of-a-kind work of art.
